We read, in Acts 2, tongues of fire descend, the great wind comes, and the disciples receive the Holy Spirit. 

At this sound, each one of the gathered crowd heard the disciples speaking in their own language.

Luke goes to great lengths to list all these different people and  places .... 

So what ???
