In our second week of the October prosperity series, our topic is tithing and circulation - the road to prosperity. Charles Fillmore wrote this in describing the divine law of giving and receiving: "To realize and maintain divine order, Substance must have both an inlet and an outlet in consciousness, and must be kept moving."
