We conclude our series based on Wayne Mueller's book, Sabbath. At its deepest level, our Sabbath practice teaches us that being still opens us to a fuller experience of life. Sabbath invites endless beginning, empowering us to navigate all that life brings. Everything we invite into our lives requires a measure of time, energy and attention.  In our Sabbath practice we consider what truly serves us and the higher good.
