Just as the underlying material - gold is the same in all ornaments, the underlying consciousness is the same in all we see in this universe. We can change the name & shape of the ornament by making changes to the way it looks & feels but can’t remove the gold from it and continue to say that the ornament exits! Ornaments are nothing but gold + names/forms. Likewise, universe is nothing but consciousness + names and forms as presented in Purusha Sukta.
