“Enjoy the present and be honest” - The University of Arizona, located in Tucson, is home to an incredibly loyal fanbase, where athletes, coaches, and supporters are deeply committed to their teams. Wildcat pride runs strong, creating an electric atmosphere of unwavering support.

The golf programs are a major part of that legacy, boasting multiple National Championships and two of the all-time greats—Annika Sorenstam and Jim Furyk—who both played their college golf at Arizona.

In 2024, they opened a state-of-the-art facility, welcomed a new women's coach, and the season started with an immediate impact—both teams securing a victory at St. Andrews!

This new facility provides a shared foundation where both coaches bring their unique perspectives on golf, training, recruitment and building the perfect culture to succeed. 

Committed to excellence, they are there all-day-everyday, cultivating an environment built for success.

Two very different paths for two coaches who traveled from Mexico and South Dakota, to New Mexico and Texas have now come together in Arizona to be the head coaches at the U of A golf programs.
