On 13 March 1997, thousands of people across Arizona looked up and saw something they could not explain.

A vast formation of lights moved silently across the night sky. Some witnesses described a huge V-shaped craft. Others saw rows of bright lights hanging over Phoenix. The official explanation came later, but for many who were there, it did not close the case.
