In this episode, it's super special because I discuss " Hustle Culture" aka overworking yourself to accomplish your level of success. Pay super close attention to the end for a surprise! This is the mindset I'm still currently unlearning to this day! I discuss the definition, the history behind hustle culture, how it affects black and brown communities, especially black women. We equate our worth with what we can create for others.
