Before we started our healing journeys, we were both really toxic. This episode is all about where we believe our toxic patterns started. We talk about growing up in an unhealthy family and the influence it had on us, how we behaved in our own personal relationships, the shame we feel and so much more. The topics we discuss are so deep and we only skimmed the surface of it.
