There's one thing that I'm really good at that honestly I've been ashamed of and that's building cults. From 2008-2016 (also as a child from 1996-2003) I was a part a Christian Cult. Yes those cults that brainwash you, take all your time, money, and where you cut off all your old friends. Not only was I a part of the cult but I was one of the main leaders. It didn't start out that way, but I worked my way up and eventually I became the Top 3 Campus Ministers in our international movement of "churches". In this episode I touch on the differences between cults and cultures. Cults are not necessarily bad things, in fact anyone who wants to be successful, or financially free, need to have a cult-like following. A group of people so passionately dedicated to you that they will buy anything to sell. Culture drives our behavior, and it happens unconsciously. If you're a solo entrepreneur you should be focused a building a cult. If you're a business owner with employees, culture is life.
