Adam Wong brings over 15 years of leadership and business management experience, including expertise in leadership development, building high-performing teams, developing emotional intelligence, data-driven hiring, psychometric assessments, and strategic planning.
He’s the Co-founder of Rockstar Workforce, which partners with clients to identify and develop top talent and build their workforce of rockstars by perfecting their leadership mechanics. They’re the support system that helps teams become a unified group of high performers.
From 2011 to 2018 he held key leadership roles at TTI Success Insights, a global leader in the talent management space. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services Adam spearheaded efforts with mid to enterprise-size businesses, specializing in developing and implementing large hiring and people development initiatives.
He is a Professionally Certified Emotional Intelligence Analyst and Professional Behavioral Analyst. Adam holds an M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University and a B.A. from Northern Arizona University.
Adam is a native of Phoenix, Arizona where he currently resides with his wife Amber, son Hudson and daughter Harper. Together, Adam and Amber strive to continue to grow Rockstar Workforce and develop leaders through-out the valley.
