As Elon begins taking over Twitter and making some much-needed changes, furries are big mad at what is going on behind the scenes. What actually are they mad about? And are the different changes bringing down Twitter as a whole? Also Balenciaga is going very, very creepy with their latest photo shoot that is actually landing the fashion house into some very hot water. Suddenly they're jumping off the Twitter ship, and clearing out their Instagram too! What is happening, and why is it happening? Lifty and Tex go over it all, and throughout this episode they insist that you do one thing: pay attention!

It seems like the highly propagandized "Red Tsunami" that was supposed to wash all across the country on Election Day didn't happen. So what did end up happening? Voters, oddly enough, voted for more of the same. While Texas and Florida became more conservative, other states did not. Pennsylvania, though, became one of the most bizarre cases ever when a portion of their population overwhelmingly voted not just for a stroke victim to represent them in the Senate, but for a dead guy to represent them in their State Capitol! And why the hell are voting machines breaking down and the vote counts going so slow in some states and not others on Election Day? Lifty and Tex try and figure it all out this week as we go over what happened and how it impacts the furry community.

In Part 2, Lifty and Tex invite Kini the Fox for an explosive interview where he explains the soulless response he got from MFF regarding his vaccine status, and how that upended his and his friend's plans to attend the convention. The fandom has adopted a cult-like mentality towards vaccines, and we go over why this may be a very bad idea, and why all of the COVID protocols may be based on nonsense. 

Midwest Furfest just revealed their most punishing COVID-19 policy yet, and it's cruel. Not only are vaccines required, but so are boosters, masks under your fursuit, even after you've had an asthma attack! They've shown that they no longer care about you, and in this first part of a 3-part series, Lifty and Tex are going to tear them a new one over it. 

Thanks to Florida's Parental Rights in Education Act, a new hubbub has begun in furry circles about a specific word that starts with G and rhymes with "boomer." It's been deemed a slur against the LGBT community and likewise banned on Reddit and Twitter. Even a certain activist organization with the word in their name has been banned on Twitter 4 times because of it.

What is it? And should it be considered a slur? Lifty and Tex discuss the behavior behind that peculiar G-word, and why it's counterproductive to continue to think it's a slur. 

The good news is, the CDC has finally vindicated most of you who believed in personally assessing risk, taking precautions for yourself from catching the coronavirus, and believing in the power of natural immunity. The COVID emergency is finally confirmed to be over, and their new guidelines have stated as much even if they're a year behind their usefulness. But unfortunately, if you thought the freakout over a virus was over in the furry fandom, you are sorely mistaken. There's a new virus in town, and the fearmongering over it has already begun. Lifty and Tex go over what has been mentioned about monkeypox, including a bizarre and disgusting study about a dog catching it! Plus: simple steps you can take to prevent getting the pox yourself.
