Corrina and Krista chat with Toni Shriver of “P.A.W.W.S to HEAL” and how support animals that help children heal who have been abused.

Toni's Bio:

I'm a Survivor of childhood sexual abuse, have always found comfort with animals. I pursued a career as a Veterinary Technician to give back to animals and have been working as a licensed CVT for the past 35 years.

In 2006 in Madison, Dane County area, I founded PAWWS to Heal, a non-profit which offers animal assisted therapy and animal assisted activity for children victim of child abuse.  It gives me great comfort in changing children's lives to experience positive living. 
I love outdoor hikes, motorcycling, campfires, and any activity with my pets.
