In this week’s episode, I had the fun and great pleasure of interviewing the magnetic Tara Romano. I met Tara at a women’s empowerment event in California about 4 years ago. Tara lit up the room with her fun energy, beautiful spirit and conviction of loving your body as you are today! I participated in a break-out session during this event where Tara took up through an inspirational talk and dance session where we got to explore our feminine energy and start to tune-in to the amazing women that we are! 

When you start to see the magic that Tara brings to her audiences and her dance classes, I just know that you are going to want to be a part of this incredible and much-needed movement that Tara is creating in this world!!
