Ecclesiastes talks about how we are meant to find meaning and purpose in life. Throughout this special book of wisdom, we see human attempts at finding satisfaction through things that truly do not satisfy. Trying to find happiness and joy through wealth, achievement and success will simply be what the author of Ecclesiastes refers to as “chasing after the wind” Unlikely wisdom comes only when we realize that true satisfaction only comes from knowing God and being grateful to enjoy what God has given us. Joy and wisdom is truly one decision and one next step away for all of us. Only God will be able to fulfill the deep longing for purpose and identity that our hearts truly long for. Join us this Sunday at Imago Church as we continue together on this journey of Unlikely Wisdom in Ecclesiastes.
