Truth is, humans have the power to control their emotions, their feelings, their internal systems.
However, we've become so dependent on outside stimulations that we have all but forgotten our true abilities.
Things like meditation and breath work have been around forever. Literally since humans showed up, we've been doing these things.
We can control how we feel about our day to day life, how we feel about our jobs, how much we love, feel peace, all of it. We control everything.
The secret is in the mind and breath. The mind sets intentions, the breath gives the body the ability to take action.
It's all been right in front of us the entire time.
