Deni Van here, I help professional women who love human design and want to de-condition their not-self and where we explore how hypnosis and your unique blueprint can help you take control of your life and design the reality you want.Have you ever felt like life is happening to you, rather than feeling in control of it? By reprogramming limiting beliefs at the subconscious level, we can break free from old patterns that hold us back.In addition to hypnosis techniques, reality designers will learn about creating a conscious strategy and taking intentional action towards what they truly desire. We'll explore topics such as practical goal-setting techniques based on individual design types, creating positive affirmations tailored specifically for each listener's needs using their unique language style.By combining these approaches together through initiating conscious strategies based on individual blueprints; entrepreneurs will be empowered to take charge of their lives by designing their reality themselves. De-conditioning your not-self is a crucial step towards personal growth and self-awareness. It involves letting go of old patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve you. These are often the result of societal conditioning or past experiences that have shaped our perception of ourselves and the world around us.Identifying your not-self behavior can be challenging but there are some tips to get started. One way is to pay attention to how you feel in certain situations or with certain people. Do you feel uncomfortable or uneasy? This could be a sign that you are acting from your not-self.Once identified, de-conditioning your not-self requires conscious awareness and practice. Start by acknowledging these behaviors when they arise and ask yourself if this behavior aligns with who you truly are or if it's simply a conditioned response.Replacing these old patterns with new ones takes time, patience, and repetition but it's worth the effort in order to live more authentically as themselves rather than living according to societal expectations or conditioned responses.One reason hypnosis is so effective is that it allows us to bypass our conscious mind and access the subconscious directly. The subconscious mind holds all of our beliefs, memories, habits, and emotions, both positive and negative. By accessing this part of ourselves through hypnosis, we can reprogram our minds with new thoughts and behaviors that serve us better.For example, if someone has a fear of public speaking that's holding them back in their career or personal life, this is a powerful motivator and many seek out hypnosis because it can be used to uncover the root cause of the fear (perhaps an embarrassing moment from childhood) and then reframe those past experiences in a more positive light. New empowering suggestions can also be given during hypnosis sessions to help boost confidence levels when speaking in front of others.Similarly, limiting beliefs such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be successful" can also be addressed using hypnosis. By identifying these negative thought patterns during hypnotic trance states, individuals can learn how to let go of these beliefs by replacing them with more empowering ones such as "I am capable," or "Success comes easily to me."To start de-conditioning your not-self behaviors using hypnosis, first identify what are some behaviors you want change about yourself. Hypnosis offers people an opportunity to transform their lives by tapping into their unconscious mind which holds all their deepest desires and fears. It's an effective tool for overcoming limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us. With hypnosis by design, you can take control of your life and design the reality you want.

Aspiring reality designers often face common obstacles that can hinder their progress towards achieving their goals. These obstacles include self-doubt, fear of failure, lack of clarity and direction, and difficulty in maintaining motivation. However, with the right mindset and tools, these challenges can be overcome.One effective way to stay motivated is by setting clear goals. This involves defining what you want to achieve and breaking it down into smaller achievable steps. By doing so, you'll have a clear roadmap towards your desired outcome which will help keep you focused on your vision.Another helpful tool is visualization. Visualization allows us to see ourselves succeeding in our minds before we actually do it in real life. It helps us build confidence and belief in ourselves while also keeping our eyes fixed on the prize.When it comes to overcoming limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding us back from achieving success as reality designers hypnosis can be an effective tool for transformation. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where individuals are more receptive to suggestions which makes it easier for them to reprogram their subconscious mind. Overcoming obstacles as an aspiring reality designer requires commitment, focus, determination but most importantly having the right mindset and activating an internal mechanism. By using various tools like goal-setting, visualization techniques, and even Hypnosis one can develop resilience against setbacks while staying motivated throughout the process leading ultimately towards success!As a reality designer, combining hypnosis with your unique human design can be a powerful tool for transformation.
