There's all kinds of research out there that One of the studies that I love to point to is one by our good friends at Forbes, that says that 40% of employees Actually lose trust in their leaders due to poor communication. So right there, we can very clearly see the tie in between leaders and communication and then the impact on their employees. So, of course, we've got leaders who are very well intentioned when it comes to communication."
