James Gilliland an international best selling author, lecturer, ordained minister, and extraterrestrial contactee who has been active in the UFO and New Age spiritual communities since the mid-1980s. Founder of ECETI Ranch (Enlightened Contact with Extraterrestrial Intelligence).
