In this episode, I talk about my journey navigating perfectionism, and how it drained a lot of my emotional, mental, and physical energy in different areas of my life— in my career, in my relationships and love life, and even in creating content for this podcast.
I tried something different in this episode. I had no script. All I had was an inspiration to share a recent A-ha moment that I had after watching a scene of Ted Lasso. The desire to just effing enjoy life. I realized that I’ve spent so much of my life over-analyzing and worrying about things, and trying to control things and make everything perfect. It was such a drain. I tried something new for this episode and did not make a script, and had way more fun recording it. I hope that you enjoy it too, and get inspired to think about areas in your own life where you can reduce friction and unlock more creative energy!
