In chapter 10 Solomon completely dispels any rationale to allow foolishness in our life.  It was a clear don’t do this section.  He will continue to point to some don’t do’s, but in light of all He knows about God and the way the world works (all that is under the sun), Solomon is now going to focus on what to do.
