The fact of the matter is things will and do go wrong.  Sometimes what went wrong was totally in yours or somebody else’s control, however, there are plenty of examples in all our lives of something going wrong that was completely unavoidable with any level of reasonable foresight or planning; that is, withing reasonable planning and execution nobody could have predicted or controlled the undesired outcome or event. 

 That feeling was the very feeling Solomon experienced as he looked at the way things work under the sun.  As Solomon observed the universe and tried to find a way to live a meaningful, fulfilled life with no regrets, he observed an injustice that truly bothered him; an injustice that caused a deep sense of despair and anguish in his soul.
