At the center of the housing crisis lies a critical shortage of 4 million homes, a deficit that has grown since 2008, which hit home builders hardest. Addressing this requires a focus on creating new housing, not only in developing areas but also by adjusting restrictive zoning laws to allow for more where demand is highest. Addressing this means easing these barriers and unlocking supply demands a coordinated effort among communities, leaders, developers and homebuilders. How can we build a path forward that addresses this problem while supporting those at the heart of these neighborhoods. Speakers: Kendall Bonner, Mary Cunningham, Danielle Hale, Kirk Watson
