Unlocking the Leader's Brain: How They REALLY Think!

As leaders, we have to think differently.  I like to think of this as the difference between a CEO and a w2 employee.

Being a police officer for 20 years had me thinking a certain way... Mostly trading time for money among other things.

But when I became a CEO, I had to change that, or it wasn't going to work.

Imagine what that would look like, bringing THAT kind of energy to my business or to my family?

But what do I mean when I say "We are modern leaders, we see things differently?"

I want to break down 3 ways I found I needed to think differently as "the leader," and this worked in my business, in my relationships, with my family, and especially leading myself.
