Jen Edds, Gamma Omicron, is a podcast producer and consultant. She believes that using our voices in any creative medium to share our stories, experiences, and perspectives will change the world. She also knows from her own personal experience how hard it is to do the work and send it out into the world.

Jen didn’t begin to share her own voice until she reached her mid thirties. In this episode, she shares stories and resources that have helped her work through self-doubt, impostor syndrome, and critics to get her voice out into the world to do good.
