There are times when we put undue pressure on ourselves.  This may occur when we need to advocate for ourselves or when we are interacting with someone whose opinions we value.  We’ve found ourselves cracking a joke to get around an uncomfortable situation.  We've given advice that we don't apply to our own situation. Today on the show, Bethany Hawkins tells us how she found her entrepreneurial voice after dealing with the pressure and stress of being the only Black woman in the office.
