A veteran of the Minnesota brewing scene, Derek has worked at some of the largest breweries in Minnesota. The guys talk about guidance counselors, breweries in strip malls, growlers and crowlers and getting over oneself to make the best beer on the market, the hazy IPA. They also drink Derek's No Trace IPA, and a special nepotistic guest joins for the tasting, too.
