I really enjoy listening to music with lyrics in languages that I don't understand. Though being able to understand lyrics and appreciate the explicit meaning in a song is beautiful, there is also something beautiful about appreciating lyrics for their musicality in and of itself. When you understand a language, your brain focuses more on decoding the meaning than on appreciating the sounds of the words. It's just two very different experiences. I enjoy both.
