My journey with Leigh is a conversation about a fascinating career in what was a mans world. Leigh works in Education, predominantly in the University sector and this is her journey of how she found her place in business and what she was able to achieve without a formal education beyond 18 years old.

She has held several senior management roles both in the public and private sectors before her latest position as Direction of Business Development for the Scottish College of Chiropractic.

Leigh has a natural capacity to see the big picture and to work towards a bigger vision. Her self-talk is inspiring, and her ability to find a way through challenges is impressive.

Topics I really enjoyed included how she approached Imposter Syndrome, becoming a single mother and the role of Leaders as Healers, not a subject I'd ever really considered.
