Kandace Buckner is a mother, educator, and public education advocate. She currently serves as a Continuum Coach and Early Childhood Methods Instructor for Kansas City Teacher Residency. She completed her Bachelors Degree through the Institute for Urban Education at UMKC and eventually her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at Park University. She also serves on the Kansas City Public School Board and UMKC Alumni School of Education Board.
