We celebrate a major professional milestone - Jess receives the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, representing 500 hours of coaching practice (and a whole bunch of other things). This achievement marks a significant step in professional development, moving from Associate Certified Coach (ACC) to the widely recognized "gold standard" in coaching.
