On this week's episode of Unpacked the Podcast, Rev, Tiff, and Di, dive deep into unpacking Negative Self-Talk. We all have had that inner voice commit treason against our highest dreams, visions, and the best version of life we want to live. Join us as we talk about what negative self-talk is, how we deal with it on a personal level, and how you can stop that inner voice from taking over.
In this episode you will hear:
Rev's best advice for defeating negative mantras and turning your words into positive life-giving words. Where we get our internal dialogue from and how we can make changes today.
Tiff gives us insight into how she treats herself and how she plans to do better in the future in ways you can follow.
Di gets brutally honest with everyone about how negative self-talk has manifested in her life today, how her wife helped her change her speech with the Five Nice Things project, and how she intends to live 2021 differently.
This week in our "Let's Unpack" session we give advice to a woman living outside of America who is facing divorce because of the decisions she's made.
Let's face it fam, at some point we all question if it's even worth it to dig up trauma and figure out what we carry with us that does not serve us! This episode is dedicated to the journey of healing.
Tiff and Di unpack what part of the journey they are on, where they are going, and how it all feels.
This week we are featuring an AITB that focuses on the family and what happens when money and trauma are involved.

Hey Unpacked Nation, we are back with another episode, and this week we are digging deep on the topic: Are We Addicted to Normal?
We were inspired by an episode of Aubrey Marcus and his YouTube episode: How Suffering Is Part of Your Advantage with Rich Roll
We open up about how we feel when it comes to moving past the struggle in life, to living comfortably, and how that is impactful on our success in the chapter in our lives.
We break down the action we plan on taking to overcome our weaknesses and how we will let go of what is holding us back in a public and transparent way.
This week's AITB comes from Reddit where a user asks if not seeking help for addiction makes them 'The Butthole'.

Rewind Episode 32! Another rewind episode on deck and it’s one of our favorites! While Rev, Tiff, and Di are on a summer break, we enjoy going back over our favorite episodes and sharing them again with you!
This week we are unpacking ego and this is a topic we didn't take lightly.
We got our inspiration from Oprah's Super Soul Conversations Ego episode where she talks to heavy hitters in the personal development space like Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Brene Brown, and more.
We talk about our feelings about ego, how you can define ego and what you can do to overcome ego once you know what it is and how it impacts your day-to-day existence.
In this episode you will hear:
Rev breaks down her thoughts on ego and how family dynamics impact the development of them. She digs into how you can overcome ego and live a better life.
Tiff unpacks her favorite quote from Oprah's episode from Eckhart Tolle “Ego, says Oprah, makes judgments and longs to feel special. It loves conflict, creates enemies, and operates out of fear.”
Di speaks on her favorite Dr. Wayne Dyer quote of the episode referring to The 6 Components of Ego: 1. I am what I have. 2. I am what I do. 3. I am what other people think of me. 4. I am separate from everybody else. 5. I am separate from all that is missing in my life. 6. I am separate from God.
We get serious and we laugh in this episode and we love getting your feedback. We've got an interesting Let's Unpack session where we talk about a sister who is a bully because of her ego and who is to blame in the family dynamic.

This week on Unpacked the Podcast it’s just Di and Tiff, Rev had to step away from the mic for a week but she will join us again shortly. We are blessed to have an intuitive dating coach and master herbalist, Rís Cahoma join us while we unpack relationships, self-esteem, why we settle, and how important action is to get what you want in your life.
This week’s unpacked session was submitted to [email protected] from an anonymous user:
“A couple of years ago I had a fallout with someone that I felt was disrespectful and toxic to me. I realized later on that I was actually in a toxic relationship at the time and that I was projecting a lot of pain and lashing out at other people. At the time I did what I thought was right, by walking away and not contacting them at all. But I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this person because now I’m feeling the guilt. Do I even bother opening that jar again or should I just let it go?”
Thanks a lot for your help,
Anonymous
