This week I read through Letters from a Stoic from Seneca; specifically letter VII. I use this letter to process the current turmoil in the USA. Following the violent protest at the capital I have been trying to make since of what is happening in a country that I love so dearly. This letter resonated with me on many levels, I hope it and my commentary on it prove to be helpful to you.
