In saying that, this podcast is for any athlete, at any level, young or old, to help fill their toolbox with tools for their own athletic success. My name is Rob Martin, I have been in athletics my whole life, starting with soccer, basketball, wrestling, track, cross country, and last but not least mountain biking.  I also am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) for many years now.  With this certification I have been a personal trainer and cycling coach for many.  I am also involved with a youth mountain bike team, and love helping them reach new levels.
