Last night, when delivering his second State of the Province Address, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi spoke at length about how he's dealing with the issue of crime in the province. What was surprising the most is how little he said when talking about gender-based violence. All he said is how he will equip police with extra cars. Something he did mention last year.
