Unpacking Scripture On Anxiety

It's no secret we are living in stressful times. Anxiety is at incredibly high levels, leading to all sorts of health issues. Today, I share some of my own anxious thoughts about this current season of life, and unpack what scripture says on anxiety. While this video addresses anxiety in this particular season of pandemic, the scriptural principles are applicable to any season of life.  I'll be unpacking two specific scriptures on anxiety today. Our most famous scripture on this topic is probably Philippians 4:6,  Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  The other scripture we'll look at today is Jude 1:20-21,  But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.
