In life how often do you tell other people how busy you are? Why do we strive to stay BUSY all the time?
I know personally I like to appear BUSY so other people think I am being PRODUCTIVE.
There is a MASSIVE difference between the 2.
When we are being productive we can definitely stay busy. But the time we are spending is planned and intentional.
Just being BUSY can look like a massive amount of overstimulated stressful timewarp.
Make sure your are taking time for yourself and creating time to SLOW DOWN.
