Steph Clarke is a question asker, monochrome-lover and life-long-learner.
After starting professional life as an accountant with EY in the UK, Steph quickly realised that spreadsheets did not satisfy her need for creativity. Cue a secondment to learning and development (a secondment she never left) where she discovered that designing and teaching audit related learning was much more fun than doing audits.
In 2018 Steph started her own business - firstly offering individual coaching and facilitation before focusing on team coaching and facilitation. 2020 served up the perfect opportunity to finally hone a skillset in graphic design. It's a tangible mix of creativity + business + communication.
Steph is podcast host of @stephsbizbookshelf.
Most people don’t have time to read the books they want to. Each week join Steph, a life-long bookworm, as she brings you the lessons from the best non-fiction books she’s read. Steph will share the ‘three big things’ the books taught her, favourite quotes and actions she’s implemented since reading the book. If you have an ever-growing pile of half-read books on your bedside table, this podcast is for you. Steph's Business Bookshelf; doing the reading so you don't have to.
