After being formally diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Lauren was able to make sense of her social and behavioural accommodations, and begin her unmasking journey. She now embraces the way her brain functions and sees her neurodivergence as a liberator to her true expression. Lauren shares her story from childhood to adulthood, navigating difference in a neurotypical world. She is a successful Doctor of Chinese Medicine and utilises her ability to work with the subtle energies powerfully with her patients.
