Dr. Lennon, Ph.D, joins us today to speak on the mission of CAPS (Center for Counseling and Psychological Services) at UNC Charlotte. She touches on not only the inside services CAPS offers, but also the outside resources they use to connect with students. We discuss the impacts of mental health on physical health and how it can also transcend vice versa.
