Unplug. Create some Empty Space. 

In this episode I talk about the power of NOT force-feeding ourselves media, and unplugging from the digital/online "matrix" we currently live in. 

I also talk about the importance of Empty Space and how much it can add to our life, by – among other things – allowing ourselves to get bored!
