How to create a mindset that helps us to be most successful and bring out the most in our students. These are some thoughts that can help impact our mindset. 

Obligation to Opportunity. Community Instead of Isolation. Growth Mindset instead of “It’s Working Now” Mindset.  “Better Than Yesterday” instead of “Good Enough”  Take Responsibility instead of always Blaming the Student. 

We must have a shift in our mindset.
