In this solo episode, I’m sharing the lessons, reflections, and insights I’ve been experiencing during my current social media pause. Many beautiful women in my community have shared with me that they are in the middle of a re-birth and re-brand of their business and have expressed the desire to slow down as they shed what’s truly not in alignment. I’m here to share my journey and tips that I’ve found helpful to unravel patterns that were keeping me stuck, expand into a fuller expression of my essence, and step more into mature feminine energy for the next evolution of my life, leadership, and business.
