So much information coming at us. Let me simplify and talk about the shadow work. Being human in this realm dark and light do exist. That we do not need to feel fear but to lead with compassion, understanding of our shadows of our human story. You got this. WE got this. We can’t ignore what we have done but to have love, compassion and full acceptance of our own reflection that is the dark & light.

In this episode I talk about the intention of making memories count. I talk about allowing our creations to have the space to be birthed. So often we do not allow our creations to have the space and we focus too much on capturing the process. This can distract us from allowing the flow of true pure creation. The best moments are when you are fully embodying without trying to capture behind something. I hope this inspires you to have more intention of fully living in the moments & memories.
