China is the latest global power to start talking tougher about tech.

A set of draft regulations published on November 10th indicated that after years or allowing the country’s tech titans a long leash, the Chinese Government could be preparing to take a firmer stance, particularly on monopolies and anti-competitive practices.

But what do those practices look like up close?
