Have you ever expected someone to know what you need without asking them?  We walk around assuming that others just know our needs and wants and when they don't meet those things for us, we become disappointed in them.  WHY?

We are so guilty of this ourselves and learning that we can't be mad about those expectations when we aren't expressing them to others to begin with.  They can't meet what they don't know.  But also we should only expect things from God because God is always good and works things out for our good.  

It's okay to have expectations but don't have unrealistic expectations! And, cut others some slack when you feel they haven't met your expectations, especially when you haven't even told them what you need from them!
