I'm excited to begin this journey with you. From my early years, I've been passionate about natural healing and always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with friends and peers. It wasn't until I attended a week-long seminar that I realized my true calling - to open my own wellness center and help people make positive changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. Within this episode we go into the depths of human being optimization by first giving context to what that means, and more importantly, why go down this way of thinking and being?
The entire conversation is centered around Intentionality, Curiosity, and Authenticity. With these three guiding principles, we're able to elevate the level of problems we're willing to attempt to solve by; Eliminating unneeded stress, asking "what ultimately are humans after?", implementing a system of operation through a tangible sense, and closing it home in asking oneself, "What am I about?"
