Jumping out of a comfort zone during the height of COVID-19 was squarely so daring a move.  Beginning the journey of actualizing an African art culture hub was simply an expression of deeper passion for the ever so beautiful African handicrafts. Muthoni Unchained provides a platform where one can easily access authentic African items in fashion and art. The pieces are meticously hand made and collected from all over Africa creating a diversified offering of culture and unique taste. While the period could have calmed the founders to a wait-and-see moment, they went against the wind to say this is the moment with a bigger obligation and mission to make the African handicrafts more available to the mainstream global market and transform the lives of local communities with the purpose of supporting Artisanal Arts in Africa.
