Celebrating 100 Episodes and Providing Hope Through Difficult Times
This has been quite a ride. It is amazing how all the layers came together to create this show and now to reach 100 episodes. Wow! Reflecting on all the emotions I have experienced, from my own struggle with cancer to the onset of the pandemic, despite feeling overwhelmed and scared, I was driven by the idea of making an impact in people's lives. This was the motivation to start the podcast.
I encourage you to embrace your story to allow you to grow and improve your quality of life. We can empower ourselves to live better lives even when pushed to the limits and ultimately it makes us stronger individuals. It is important to be honest with ourselves even when it is difficult.
You can't stop the storms, but you can prepare. And that is what this is. It's learning how to prepare yourself for what you need to do to keep yourself safe and see the sunshine tomorrow. Because the rain can't last forever.
I am so thankful for you and the support I have received from you, my podcast family!
