Jeffrey Knight is a 28-year US Army Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) that retired in 2015 then went into the private sector to continue his professional career.  He served in different capacities over the course of his Army career as an Engineer Officer to include Training and Operations, Teaching, and Human Resource roles.  His primary expertise lies in Operations, Training, Leadership Development and Human Resources.  He is a self-proclaimed ‘normal’ guy that enjoys staying physically fit, listening to heavy metal music, a passion for serving others, and loves talking leadership.  He currently lives in Salt Lake City, UT with his wife of 28 years and his three children.

Van is the founder of worksmart. A progressive team development and leadership training consultancy that utilizes creativity, play, and experiential learning to evolve mindset, skill sets, and behaviors in the workplace. Her work is built on the foundation that we are all creative, good ideas can come from any level of an organization. She also serves the Veteran community as a founding member of Angels 14, where veterans and allies create camaraderie and connection. And Van brings her creative modalities to The Honor Foundation, serving the SOF community in their transition.

Dave Dequelijoe mission is to end veteran suicide by arming them with the knowledge they need to win the fight vs depression. His second mission is to create more leaders. His third mission is to unlock the world's potential.
