Dr. Sandy is the Founder of Nurses Against Violence Unite, Inc established in 2017, and Just Psych, LLC, the Mother of two incredible people. It is her passion to bring awareness to violence in the workplace, educate the gaps in nursing education, and empower nurses and all healthcare workers with vital information to prevent and end violence. 

As seen on The Doctors, Voices of America, American Psychological Association, Nurse.org, and a source to many news outlets. Dr. Sandy has climbed the nursing ranks to separate herself from facilities to speak freely about challenging issues without retribution to change the face of healthcare.
